What preparation do I need before starting?+
You should be able to comfortably run 15-18K before starting this program. If you're not there yet, we recommend the half marathon program first.
Which marathons do you prepare athletes for?+
Bengaluru Marathon, TATA Mumbai Marathon, Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon, Hyderabad Marathon, and international races.
How do I handle the 'wall' at 30K?+
This is explicitly addressed in our training. Proper fuelling practice, long runs of 32K+, mental training, and pacing strategy all work together to eliminate or minimise the wall effect.
Can this be done online?+
Absolutely. Several of our marathon finishers have trained entirely online, including athletes who have completed international races under Coach Vikas's remote guidance.
