Train specifically for Bangalore's biggest 10K races
The 10K is where serious runners show up. Ankit Rautela dropped from a 70-minute to a 47-minute 10K within a year. Sandeep Jayaram cut his 10K from 1:09 to 54:40 a 15-minute improvement. With structured coaching, these results are normal. Train for TCS 10K, Bengaluru Jaatre, Kaveri Trail, and more.

The marathon demands months of preparation, a bulletproof aerobic base, and the mental strength to push through the wall at kilometre 30. Our 16-week programme is one of the most comprehensive in Bangalore combining long runs, lactate threshold work, marathon-pace sessions, strength training, and detailed nutrition planning. Ideal for first-timers and seasoned runners chasing sub-4:00.

Kids Running Coaching
Building champions aged 6–16
Our juniors don't just run they win. Daiwik won the Bengaluru 5K at age 8 with a 20:30 finish. Anmol Patil won the BUDAA Road Race 10-12 yrs category. Aara was 1st runner-up in the 12-14 yrs category. Under Coach Vikas's age-appropriate, fun, structured coaching, kids build athletic foundations that last a lifetime and win races along the way.
