Can a beginner target a half marathon?+
Yes, with sufficient base fitness. Coach Vikas will assess where you are and build the plan from there. The timeline is driven by your adaptation, not a fixed schedule.
What's a realistic finishing time for a first-timer?+
2:15 to 2:45 is typical for first-timers depending on fitness level. Many of our athletes improve significantly in their second half marathon.
Do I need to run a 10K first?+
Ideally yes. A comfortable 10K run is a good prerequisite for the half marathon program. If you're not there yet, we recommend starting with the 10K program first.
Which half marathon events do you recommend in Bangalore?+
