I'm in a different city. Can you still coach me effectively?

Yes, this is the core of what we do. Athletes in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, and even the Philippines have trained successfully with Coach Vikas. Location is not a barrier when the coaching infrastructure is built for remote athletes.

Do I need Strava to train with you?

Strava is strongly recommended as it allows Coach Vikas to review every run in detail, pace, splits, heart rate, effort distribution. However, other tracking apps (Garmin, Apple Watch) can also be connected or you can manually share your run data.

How is online coaching different from downloading a running plan?

A downloaded plan is generic, it doesn't know you're recovering from a cold, running in Delhi's summer heat, or that you ran 3 km slower last Tuesday because of work stress. Coach Vikas reviews your actual runs and adjusts the plan every week based on real data.

What diet guidance do you provide for Indian runners?

Coach Vikas provides nutrition guidance that works with Indian food, dal, rice, roti, paneer, curd, eggs. No supplements required. We focus on macronutrient timing, pre-run and post-run meals, and race-day nutrition protocol using easily available Indian foods.

Can I get coached for an international marathon?

Yes. Athletes have trained for marathons in Dubai, Chicago, Colombo, and other international events. Periodisation and race strategy are built around the specific event terrain, weather, and date.

What is the minimum commitment?

There is no lock-in. Most athletes start with a 3-month commitment to see meaningful progress. The free assessment has no commitment at all, come and see if it's a fit.
